See why cold email fails for most people — and how this fixes it

Cold email doesn't fail because of bad copy. It fails because of bad systems.

The old way
  • Send from Gmail, hit daily limits by noon
  • Manually track who replied — miss half the responses
  • Same email to everyone, wonder why reply rates are 0.3%
  • Follow-ups? You forgot 3 days ago
  • One bounced domain tanks your whole sender reputation
  • Pay $150/mo per tool — one for sending, one for tracking, one for warmup
With this platform
  • Send from unlimited SMTP accounts — spread volume, protect reputation
  • Replies detected automatically via IMAP, threaded to the original message
  • Variables + spintax = every email reads like you wrote it by hand
  • Multi-step sequences fire automatically on schedule
  • Bounces detected and suppressed before they hurt deliverability
  • One platform handles sending, scheduling, replies, and blocking

Here's exactly how it works, step by step

From CSV to sent email in four steps.

Upload contacts. Write sequences. Set a schedule. The system handles the rest.

1
Connect Accounts

Add your SMTP sending accounts — Gmail, custom domains, any provider. Bulk upload via CSV or add one at a time. The system validates credentials before you send a single email.

2
Build Sequences

Create multi-step campaigns with configurable delays between each step. Add A/B variants to any step — test subjects, body copy, send timing. Use variables and spintax for personalization at scale.

3
Set Schedule

Pick your timezone, sending window, and days of week. The scheduler spaces sends across accounts automatically — no domain gets hit twice in 9 minutes. Rate limits protect your reputation.

4
Launch & Monitor

Activate the campaign. Replies are detected via IMAP and threaded automatically. Bounces are caught and suppressed. You see sent, replied, and interested counts per sequence and variant.

Example: a 3-step sequence with A/B testing

Sequence 1 — Day 0

Variant A
Subject: "Quick question about {{company_name}}'s growth plans"
Variant B
Subject: "{{first_name}}, saw your {LinkedIn post|job listing|website update}"

Sequence 2 — Day 3

"Just following up — {did you get a chance to look|wanted to make sure this didn't get buried|circling back on my last note}..."

Sequence 3 — Day 7

"Last note from me — {if the timing is off, no worries|figured I'd try one more time|I'll assume the timing isn't right}..."

Here's what separates this from the tools you've tried before

Built for the details that make or break deliverability.

The difference between landing in the inbox and landing in spam is boring infrastructure work. We did that work.

Variables + Spintax = Infinite Variations

Template variables like {{first_name}} and {{company_name}} fill from your contact data. Spintax like {Hi|Hello|Hey} randomizes per send. Combine them and a single template generates thousands of unique emails. Fallback syntax handles missing data: {{title|there}} falls back to "there" if title is blank. Every email reads personal.

Timezone-Aware Smart Scheduling

Set your sending window — say 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern — and the scheduler handles the math. Sends are spaced across accounts automatically with 9-minute domain cooldowns to prevent deliverability flags. Daily limits per account and per campaign keep you under the radar. The scheduler runs every 10 minutes, queuing the next batch of emails without you lifting a finger.

Automatic Reply & Bounce Detection

The system checks your IMAP inboxes and threads replies back to the original campaign and sequence step. Contacts who reply are automatically marked — no more follow-ups to someone who already responded. Bounces are detected by subject pattern matching (14+ bounce patterns) and contacts are suppressed globally. Your bounce rate stays clean without manual review.

Global Suppression & Block Lists

Block individual emails or entire domains. Mark reasons — bounced, replied, competitor, manual request. Upload blocks in bulk via CSV. Every campaign checks the block list before sending, so you never accidentally email someone who unsubscribed, bounced, or asked you to stop. Prevents the mistakes that get sending domains blacklisted.

One-Click Campaign Cloning

Found a sequence that works? Clone the entire campaign — sequences, variants, schedules, sending accounts — with one click. Swap the contact list and launch a new vertical in minutes. Test new ICPs without rebuilding from scratch. The deep clone preserves everything so your winning formula carries forward.

How does this compare to Instantly, Smartlead, and Mailshake?

Honest comparison: this vs. the tools you've tried.

Most cold email tools charge per email account or per contact. This doesn't.

Why I built this

I was sending cold email through three different tools. One handled the sequences, one tracked replies, and one warmed up new domains. They cost $250/month combined, and half the time they didn't agree on who had replied.

The reply tracker would miss a response. The sequence tool would send a follow-up to someone who already said "not interested." I'd get angry replies from people I'd already talked to — because one tool didn't know what the other was doing.

So I built a system where sending, scheduling, reply detection, and bounce handling live in the same database. When someone replies, the system knows immediately. No API sync delay, no data mismatch, no embarrassing double-sends. When an email bounces, the contact is suppressed everywhere — not just in one tool.

It's one system. Sequences, variants, scheduling, replies, bounces, suppression — all sharing the same data. That's the difference between a tool and a platform.

Common questions

Any provider that supports IMAP and SMTP — which is nearly all of them. Gmail (with app passwords), Outlook, custom domains, Zoho, Yahoo, and any hosting provider's email. No API keys needed. If you can set up IMAP and SMTP credentials, it works.

Two layers. Template variables pull data from your contact list: {{first_name}} , {{company_name}} , {{website}} , plus any custom column in your CSV. Spintax randomizes text per send: {Hi|Hello|Hey} picks one at random for each email. Combine them for unique emails at scale. Fallback syntax {{title|there}} handles missing data gracefully — no awkward blank fields.

It depends on how many sending accounts you connect and what limits you set. Each account has its own daily limit — typically 25 for custom domains, 5 for shared infrastructure accounts. With 10 accounts at 25/day, that's 250 emails daily. The scheduler respects all limits and spreads sends across accounts automatically. You control the pace — the system keeps you safe.

The system checks your IMAP inboxes automatically. When a reply comes in, it's matched to the original outbound message and threaded in the dashboard. The contact's status changes to "replied" and no further sequence steps are sent. You can also forward interesting replies to a specific email address for your team to handle.

Yes — and not just subject lines. Each sequence step supports unlimited variants. Test subject, body, tone, CTA, length — whatever you want. Results are tracked per variant so you can see which version drives more replies and interested responses. No artificial cap on how many variants you can run simultaneously.

The system is designed to protect it. Sends are spread across accounts with per-account and per-domain rate limits. A 9-minute cooldown prevents the same domain from getting hit too fast. Bounced contacts are automatically suppressed. The block list prevents sends to known-bad addresses. You'll send slower than a tool that lets you blast 1,000 emails per hour — but you'll land in inboxes instead of spam.

Yes. Upload a CSV with email, first name, last name, company name, phone, website, and any custom columns you want. Custom columns become template variables automatically — if your CSV has a "pain_point" column, you can use {{pain_point}} in your templates. Duplicate detection prevents the same contact from being added twice.

Every day without follow-up automation is a day of replies you'll never get.

The prospects who would have said yes are getting emails from someone with a better system.
